  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made shoes, socks, or sale/discounted items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • In-Store Returns: Visit any of our store locations with your purchase receipt and the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Online Returns: For purchases made online, please contact our customer service team at support@calibershoes.ae within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label, if applicable.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees for online orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, or an error was made by us.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
