2. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping (within the UAE):
    • Standard Shipping: AED 15 (subject to change based on location and weight of the order).
    • Express Shipping: AED 20 (subject to change based on location and weight of the order).

Note: Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply for international shipments, and the recipient will be responsible for these charges.

3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed during business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed on the following business day.
  • Processing time for orders generally takes 1-2 business days, subject to product availability.
